There are still items on the list 3 years later that I have chosen to live with and I have NEVER received any pressure to get this work done.

These guys are honest and trustworthy! I trust them with my car and my daughter's safety. Great that they have FREE loaner cars while they work on your car.
My experience here was fine, I came in for an oil change and they called me and told me I needed my brakes done and that's it. So I got them done for a decent price (under $400) and they even gave me a loaner car. My two star review is for my sisters experience. She also needed her brakes done, and they told her she needed her brakes done as well as resurfacing on her rotors, coolant, brake flush, and all this other stuff she didn't need. They quoted her $1900. NINETEEN HUNDRED. She called my dad and he told her to go somewhere else to get a second opinion and low and behold, all she needed done was her brakes. They told her her rotors were completely fine, as well as her coolant and everything else that Tims told her needed to be "fixed". I have no idea why they tried to rip my sister off but I definitely will not be returning here. I love supporting smaller businesses but not if they're going to rip you off and tell you that you need things you don't need!! I bought an oil change card for $100 but I don't think I'll be going back.
You will be relieved you found an honest shop!
This has been my inlaws family’s mechanic for years and through their recommendation I took my vehicle to them. I had a good experience with this company taking my vehicle to them. They have fair and competitive pricing for their services. We worked out a plan to address upcoming maintenance done on my vehicle. Without going into much detail they were very honest with me, I commend them for their honesty. Marty and Kim up front were great to work with. I highly recommend anyone to bring their vehicle to them. I will be using their services in the future.
I bought a vehicle from them and it fell apart in less than a year with serious radiator issues and the tires completely dry rotted. I took it in for service and also requested standard maintenance. They quoted me over $2,000. They did not even offer any discount or free examination of the car. I took it to a specialty shop and they had a totally diagnosis of the problem. They got the entire problem fixed for $678. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!
I was a little concerned on my first visit when they gave me a list of 10 items for repair. Then Kim, office manager, reviewed the list with me and helped me understand these were all the repairs they could SEE with my car NOT all the repairs my car NEEDED. They helped me address safety issues first and then other items of my choice as my budget allowed.
