Average selection but with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even the uniformed loss prevention officer was able to give us information on products and recommend other stores where we could find items they didnt have.
I am very disappointed in the drop of service level here. I come here frequently and lately he lines are longer and there are fewer reps working the registers l. I am staying in line now and I have already stood for 15 minutes. Where is management?

I like Ross but there return policy is a joke. I paid debit for a belt that didn't fit by boyfriend, they didn't have the same style in the right size so I just wanted cash back but she said she can't give cash back even though it was on a debit! It takes days to go back to the card so my only option was to wait for my money back or store credit. It's such BS, every other store can do cash back if the card was ran as a debit, it's the same thing! I've also tryed to return 2 different items at 2 different times without a receipt, both were gifts that we were fine with store credit on, still had tags on them but all they can give us is 49 cents!!! Even though the tag has the original price on it!! I've never ever seen anything for sale at 49 cents in Ross... ridculous. Really makes me want to shop somewhere else that has a better return policy.
This is worse than a Goodwill store very unhappy didn't buy anything.
