I've been working with this business since 2010 and they have never made mistakes with our box, have had great customer service and continue to this day be a convenient and positive experience all around.

I came into this store to take care of shipping a complete set of heirloom fine china from Portland to Phoenix, AZ (over 90 pieces, including serving trays, etc). The set wasn't particularly expensive from a valuation perspective, but priceless to me because of its history in our family. I dropped off the entire collection and immediately felt like we were in good hands while they packed it up. We ended up with 3 large boxes, delivered just 3 days later. Everything was packed carefully and perfectly (by Terri Ann, I believe). I recommend this store without hesitation for any special shipping!
I am handling the estate of an individual who had maintained services with these folks for years. They were careful, as they should be, but most helpful in forwarding the mail to an address much closer to me, saving me a regular drive across town. They were just perfect, and I so appreciate their excellent service.

Great, prompt service when I went there. I appreciated that the staff member made me take the receipt. I was returning a new phone and he wanted to make sure that I could prove shipment if there was an issue with the recipient. I'll certainly go back.
