Gallery Furniture was a pleasure to work with. From the moment we walked in the store to delivery of our new couch and ottoman, the folks at Gallery Furniture made our purchase easy. They set reasonable expectations for manufacturing and delivery and it was all on time. The delivery men were professional and courteous, made sure the bed worked and were in and out in 20 minutes. The couch was exactly as we experienced it on their showroom. Firm and comfortable. I will go here first when I need furniture again.
Watch out. Some products cheap...especially leather. My couch cushions started flaking off after just 4 years and minimal use. Called to complain and they said not their fault but the manufacturer...but they are glad to sell an inferior product.
Polite and not pushy salesmen. Store is clean and has great selection of just about everything. They deliver too!
Very friendly but expensive. High quality furniture. I did buy a sectional and love it. It does need some adjustments. But very beautiful.
We couldn't be happier with our sales representative, Michael Schuk was beyond amazing. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Not a typical pushy sales rep who just wants your money. He genuinely wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Gave us a good deal and we will definitely be back!!!
