Very straightforward and efficient way to get your license renewed. I chose an online appointment time. Showed up and finished in under 15 minutes. Pleasant staff and family friendly (all things considered).

went to renew a lost concealed gun permit---had just come from DMV and got my new license and everything done in 15 minutes. The people at the concealed permit were much more interested in transfering me all over the place to people that new even less than they did and had not interest in helping me get a simple replacement permit. Took close to 3 hours to get things partially figured out but still no permit. These people need to understand that we pay their salary and should be a lot more considerate about customer service--first thing they should all do is take a class in customer service. Still don't have my new permit--don't have my old license number which is required on the on line permit process. Would have been nice if some of these things would have been explained to begin with.

ZERO STARS. Don't utilize the server process assistance with them. I kept calling to check the status and all they told me was that the person hadn't been served. I informed them it was urgent & they took more then 2 weeks just to tell me the business moved. One of the ladies in civil was rude and they didn't want to transfer me directly to the sheriff to see what was going on. You should use a Process Server business that does it for a living, they'll be more prompt.
I called the office phone number to ask for some basic information, and the woman who answered was extremely rude. Didn't know that using public resources was such a nuisance to some people...
