Well, I was really busy today so I ordered another pizza; the Hawaiian Volcano, (because I love jalapenos). It arrived on time and the driver was cool, but there were no jalapenos! It ruined my pizza. Fool me twice, shame on me. I am writing a bad review instead of enjoying my food!

I've been ordering from here a couple times a month since they've opened and have no complaints. Pizza always arrives in a timely manner and tastes great.
The only reason this place gets any stars is because the pizza tastes good. The service is horrid. These kids are making $11+ an hour and treat you like you're dirt while ordering on the phone. I can never hear them, they act like I'm the one with the problem when really there are other employees in the background shouting and being so loud that the person taking my order can't hear. This is the third experience exactly like that that I've had. Other than that, I love the pizza. I wish I could order online and choose to pay in the store just so I don't have to talk to another knucklehead. Automate, automate, auotmate!
Good pizza. Fair prices, clean kitchen and got my food on time. I'll go again.
Burned Pizza. Hair in The Garlic Knots. The Manager didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, until I mentioned that's was the polite thing to do when you send someone burnt food at dinner time. I asked for a refund, and they agreed to do that atleast. Will never order from this location again.
The manager never refunded the money back to my debit card. She said it would take up to 7 days, its been over 3 weeks. Honestly, the way she treated me over the phone, I didn't think she was actually going to. Super condescending, and acted as if I was a huge inconvenience.
My last pizza took about 2 hours to arrive, the driver's car broke down. That's understandable, but they brought a completely cold pizza. But they gave me a 50% off coupon. Wow thank you, $20 for cold pizza. If I wanted to be heating up food, I wouldn't spend over $20 for a TV dinner. Furthermore, the pizzas have actually been 50% off all week and the 25% off coupons are always online. They basically gave me nothing off.
