They changed the berry smoothies and they don't taste good anymore. As well all the food is pre made so they can't accommodate for allergies.

I like that you don't need your Costco card to get food. Some other Costcos are very anal about requiring cards to eat there. It's not like you can get through the checkout lines without one so they should be more relaxed.

The only thing that is bad about this place are the ungrateful and disrespectful customers who don't pick up after themselves and cant seem to follow a simple order or direction. Most people are so indulged in their own self that they don't notice everyone else around them. You aren't the only person trying to sit down and enjoy some great cheap food. Take care of your mess!
