A nice place to just walk around the woods. No views to speak of really, and no dogs allowed, but still nice. Lots of mountain bikes, so I'm guessing the biking trails are decent, but haven't tried them myself.
"Dogs and other pets are not allowed, because they can damage sensitive habitat and threaten wildlife. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding..." Dogs are wildlife. Coyotes are indigenous to this area. Wouldn't want to endanger the dog habitat with dogs...
Stopped by for a quick hike and pictures while on my way to a friend's birthday party. The hike is neither steep nor treacherous. Didn't stay long but overall I had a good experience.
Amazing place to go on a jog, a hike, a picnic, and just experience the greatest form of Oregonian nature out there. Super great for families and friends alike.
Absolutely beautiful hike, very clean bathrooms and parking lot. No real big "views", just a nice, peaceful hike along the trail which splits off into smaller trails which are fun to wander off to. For being surrounded by residential homes and shops, I was surprised to find a hike that let's you forget about the city for awhile and just get lost in the forest scenery.
