We call them each month to get our Bulk male postage due , i just got off the phone with rude women(very poor costumer service), I have been told why dont you keep track of that yourself and she was telling me how busy they are with very impolite tone. Is it really that hard to read a number of your computer ....

Lost my package. Wont answer the phone. Cant find my package. Our tax dollars at work!! What a joke.
Pick up your goddamn phones you a$$holes! They don't even have an answering machine and it just rings forever. Someone needs to be fired.
If I could rate this zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible. My buyer's package went out for delivery and never made it to her house. Tracking even backs that up. Flash forward 6 days later and it still hasn't turned up. I spent TWO days calling this PO. I either get the "closed" message or it rings and rings until it disconnects. Needless to say, a claim has been filed and an investigation has been opened.
